Unsere Geschichte
Back in the early ’80s, the Lord began to stir the heart of our Founder, Rev. Luciano Padilla, Jr and as a result of much prayer and supplication, God began to set in motion the foundation of Bay Ridge Christian Academy. One day God gave our founder a vision of an adult hand passing a torch to a child’s hand. Through this vision, he later understood that God was calling him to educate future generations and equip children with a spiritual foundation that would firmly root them in their faith and help them understand that their life has purpose and meaning.
Our founder had the faith to believe that if God had planted this vision in his heart, he would do the same with others. His wife, Pastor Blanca Padilla, also labored and was committed to Bay Ridge Christian Academy for many years, serving both as a teacher and later as an assistant principal. Many other pioneering teachers, principals, and school staff believed in the vision and dedicated years to this great work. In September 1984, the Bay Ridge Christian Academy opened its doors for grades K5 through 3rd grade.
After that, every year, they added another level and continued to educate God’s children. For the last 41 years, we have continued to follow God’s mandate to educate future generations. Our prayer remains that God will continue to prepare us and expand our territory to impact future generations that will influence the world.

Vision
Bay Ridge Christian Academy’s goal is to be a community where knowledge is pursued with excellence, where faith is rooted in Christ, and where character is exemplified through service. We are dedicated to creating a friendly and supportive environment, producing life-long learners, creating disciples of Christ, and enriching students’ lives.
Mission und Kernwerte
Die Bay Ridge Christian Academy hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine hochwertige christliche Erziehung zu bieten, die unsere Schülerinnen und Schüler befähigt, in ihren Gemeinden verantwortungsvolle Führungsrollen zu übernehmen. Wir möchten Kinder dazu führen, zu verstehen, dass Gott im Mittelpunkt jedes Wissensstrebens steht. Um diese Mission zu erfüllen, engagieren sich Vorstand, Lehrkräfte und Mitarbeiter für Folgendes:
Jedem Schüler soll die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, sich persönlich zu Jesus Christus zu bekennen und in biblischen Konzepten unterwiesen zu werden.
Die Schüler sollen befähigt werden, die Herrschaft Christi in allen Lernbereichen zu erkennen und Gottes Ruf gehorsam zu folgen, um einen transformierenden Einfluss in der Gesellschaft auszuüben.
Ein hoher Standard in Lehre und Verwaltung soll aufrechterhalten werden, um den Studierenden eine solide Bildungsgrundlage und starke Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln.
Die Schüler sollen dazu inspiriert werden, ihr Potenzial voll auszuschöpfen und in allen Fachbereichen durchzuhalten.
Ermutigen wir unsere Schüler, im Glauben daran zu glauben, dass sie durch Christus, der sie stärkt, alles tun können.
